1 /5 Dieu Thao Nguyen Tran Very bad hair wash experience. The staffs attitude was extremely bad. First of all, she didnt ask me whether her washing hand power was ok to my scalps or not until I asked her to reduce her power since it hurt my head. Second, while she did the arm massage for me, her skill was at an under average level as she hurt my arm and made it feel numbness! BUT SHE DIDNT EVEN APOLOGIZE TO ME for both the hurtful hair wash and arm massage. Third, when I asked her whether she saw my ring, she stared at me WITHOUT TALKING anything! Fourth, the combo we chose was 50 minutes including head, shoulder, neck and arm massages but THEY DIDNT DO THE SHOULDER AND NECK MASSAGE FOR US and ended the session in less than 30 mins! AWFUL EXPERIENCE AND I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS HAIR SALON. I frequently visit hair salons in Saigon and around Asia and Id strongly say THIS IS THE BADDEST SERVICE AND LOWEST QUALIFIED SKILLFUL STAFF. Dear my foreign friends and expats, if u want to go to a hair spa & message AVOID THIS BADDEST SERVICE IN TOWN!
